Each qualified elder is welcomed to go through the member application procedure in-person during the opening hours of our centre, and please bring with you the following:

• ID card
• One recent photo
• Annual membership fee

Or you can fill up the following form in advance, and we will contact you as soon as possible concerning the member application procedure.
