Provide home care service and carers training to assist the elders to enjoy their old age at home so as to reach the goal of enjoying their later life at home.

Service content

• Nurse services: Physical examination, assessment, medication enquiry, nursing of wound/ ureter/ stomach tube, etc
• Physiotherapists: Plan rehabilitation training and exercises
• Physiotherapists: Plan rehabilitation training and exercises
• Social worker: Psychological counselling , referring of community resources
• Care worker : Care service for the Elderly (escorting & accompanying the elderly, self-care assistance for the elderly, home rehabilitation and home cleaning)

Fee

Personal and Rehabilitative Care (including rehabilitative exercise, cognitive training, bathing, etc.):

Minimum charges: 2 hours ($248/hour)

Household Services (including household cleansing and meals preparation):

Minimum charges: 2 hours ($150/hour)

Escort and Elderly Sitting:

Minimum charges: 3 hours ($150/hour)

Professional Services

Charge per times: $982/hour(including Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist)

Charge per times: $945/hour(including Social Worker, and Nurses)

Meals-on-wheel:

$62/per meal
