Eligibility for the Service

• The elderly who suffered from medium to severe damage with physical function which is assessed by Unified Assessment System of Elderly Service of the Social Welfare Department. Provide nursing service for the elderly aged 65 and above who are frail and lack of proper shelter and care.
• Provide support services for the family members of the elderly.
