Comfort Court for the Senior cum Ever Green Day Care Centre for the Elderly

Objective

Intensive and kind care and diversified services are provided in nursing homes for the elderly to enjoy their later years. The total area covers 5,292 square meters with 7 floors, including government-funded beds, non-funded beds and Day Care Center for the Elderly.

Eligibility for the Service

The elderly who suffered from medium to severe damage of physical function assessed by unified assessment system of     elderly service of the Social Welfare Department
  Provide nursing services for the elderly who are frail and in) lack of proper shelter and care or aged 65 and   above.
  Provide day care services) for the frail elders (eldlerly)aged 65 and above.
  Provide support services for their family members
  Provide services for the elderly aged 60 and above within the community

Daily Care

Take care of elders all by person to make sure the care is proper.

Nursing and Caring

Meticulous medical care service is provided for the elderly by professional nurses.

Professional Services

Emotional counselling service is provided to help the elderly get used to nursing home by a professional team of social workers.

Physical and Occupational Therapy Room

Bathtubs equipped with massager and aromatherapy are provided for the elderly to enjoy bathing in a quiet and comfortable environment

Beauty salon is provided in the day care centre where professional stylists can beautify the elderly by trimming, perming or dying their hair regularly.

Electric Nursing Beds and Pressure Reduction Mattresses

The electric care beds and pressure reduction mattresses are highly effective in preventing the bed-bound residents from getting bed sores.

New Sensory World

This is designed by professional occupational therapists to provide sensory stimulation training for the elders with dementia.

Member Application Procedures

Application for Non-funded Beds:
Fax the filled application form which will be gone through assessment period for 4-5 weeks and the assessment is free of charge.

Apply for funded Beds
These beds will be allocated by the Social Welfare Department, and the applicant or his/her family can apply to be on the waiting list in the nearest Family Service Centre.

These beds will be allocated by the Social Welfare Department, and the applicant or his/her family can apply to be on the waiting list in the nearest Family Service Centre.

We also have respite service in day care centre, and the applicant or his/her family can apply at our Centre in person.
