Introduction of the Center
The Network Center for Elder Support of Po Leung Kuk was set up in 2002 with the aim of providing educational and supporting service to elder carers and elders living alone dwelling at the mid-west part of the HK Island.
Purpose
To provide timely supporting service to the elder carers and elders in need with the spirit of caring everyone in the community.

Elderly care service

Playing CDs regularly
Borrowing reference books
- Purchasing milk powder
- Renting rehabilitation supplies
- Referral service
- Training, lecture and stress-relief activities for the elder carers
Service for the elders living alone
The center provides supporting services and activities to the elders living alone, such as condoling by phone calls, visiting and community resources lecture, etc.
Service for volunteers
The Center regularly provides trainings to volunteers and organizes several volunteers groups to provide supporting service to the elders in need dwelling at the mid-west part.
