-- We adopt a multi-discipline approach in all our homes. Professional social workers, medical officers, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists work as a team to meet the varied needs of our residents.
-- We are now operating 13 homes providing a total capacity of 1515 beds.
-- Our homes are equipped with facilities that include long-term beds with pressure reduction mattresses, beauty salons, bathtubs equipped with special massagers, sensory rooms, rehabilitation areas and carer support corners. All homes are using the Webster-Pak system to monitor drug dispensing so as to help minimize the risk of misallocating medicines.
-- The electric adjustable long-term care beds provided in all our homes are highly effective in preventing the bed-bound residents from getting bed sores. Beds for residents prone to fall also have electrical detection devices installed which would automatically notify staff when the patients are away from their beds.
